Personal Development
There is a philosophy which says that in order for an individual to become
an effective leader, manager or team member, they must first put their own house in order.
The Ausworks outdoor
courses focus on the development of the individual, generating a much greater awareness of
self, and how your behaviours impact on those around you.
Typical Course

- To develop participants commitment to serve their communities and
industries through leadership roles

with new
behaviours

status quo
