The Ausworks outdoor courses focus on the development of the individual, generating a much greater awareness of self, and how your behaviours impact on those around you.

Typical Course objectives are:

     - To induce participants to express their emotions and reflect on their          leadership behaviours

       provide opportunities for participants to experiment with new
       behaviours

       for more effective leadership

     - To raise participants’ awareness of the need for effective practical,
        political and emotional support, and frank feedback, in leadership

     - To assist participants’ to develop personal visions

      - To commence the participants’ processes for developing shared
        values and shared vision

     - To teach participants of the need to use many different sources of
        information to interpret their environment, and to be wary of
        assumptions

     - To develop participants’ sense of shared purpose and shared
       achievement
