Ausworks runs powerful Leadership Training courses specifically
designed to focus on the leadership issues that face our
community and business leaders.
These
11 day courses are intensive, remote from distractions, and
designed to challenge participants’ current leadership styles.
Course
objectives include:

the role of the Leader, and of the followers
- Developing
a vision
- Defining values
- Understanding the need for different styles in different
situations
- Managing change
- Making decisions
- Planning for specified outcomes
- Understanding group dynamics
- Modifying personal and interpersonal behaviours
as
well as the learning outcomes in the Team Effectiveness Course.
Commitment
to the course by both the participant and the sponsor is a
prerequisite.
